Happy belated New Year, everyone! Yes, 2008 has begun and we're in the thick of things. Keeping ourselves busy with our not-so-little Dexter.

It's really difficult to capture Dexter smiling, so here's a pic of him not smiling with me.



On a cool, crisp January day, we took Dexter to a windswept park that has a spectacular view of the Bay. In the background are the cranes of the Port of Oakland.
