Nothing like having an almost 3 year old boy and a 10 week old puppy to keep things busy. That said, we here at the Dex files are doing well and hope you all are too. Can you believe that Dexter is almost 3 next month?!?!
Dexter has been quite good with Vlad now that Buckaroo is here. He definitely knows gentle touches, but seems as though Vlad is expecting something much worse seeing as his ears are pointing back.
And here's a video demonstrating Dexter being a little Dr. Doolittle.
We're crate training Dexter, er, I mean Buckaroo to be housebroken. Don't get us wrong, Dexter is dabbling in the use of a potty, but we're trying to housebreak Buckaroo to not go potty everywhere and it's a learning process. This isn't the crate we're using (we returned it for a nicer looking one), but Dexter had to check it out before he gave it the thumbs down.

Dexter's been very good at singing to us. The ABCs are something he's very fond of singing. I love his voice and how he can alter it a little bit.

I love the ABC's video. The L-M-N-O-P part is so freakin' cute. Looks like you guys are having lots of fun with Buckaroo!

I would like to hear the ABC song in person when I take Lola to Santa Clara over the week-end. She will be there so she can leave with CJ and Bing for their trip to Manila on the 27th.
Rod is impressed as to how Dexter and Vlad gets along. Dexter seem to have a way with animals and I was told that is an early sign of a caring person.
